Clean cozy rooms, very organized breakfast, nice people, quality service and perfect location especially if you 're coming on summer vacation. We came on January, so the weather was cold but our room was always warm and regularly tidied nicely! Every morning we had a variety of choices for our breakfast and the owner helped us to make our plans providing the best tips. The stuff were always kind and friendly too! Nice 👌🏻

This small hotel is managed by a warm family. located 6 km from volos near the beach around which there are many taverns . There is a free parking and it takes inly 10 minutes to reach Volos . Every morning they serve rich and tasty breakfast. most of the rooms share the same size about 12 meters however there are also some bigger rooms. A very pleasant atmosphere and a strong willingness of the owners to assist as much as possible. However I must mention that there is no lift .

It's a good deal. The room is nice size. The bathroom is small-ish, the water has very high pressure 😅. The people are very-very nice: very good english spoken by the owner, his wife a is a very nice and friendly. Loved the picture of her grandfather in the reception and also the R2D2 mascot at the entrance. Breakfast is good, very good (not much variety , but very tasty and fresh and the way it should be 😀)

Excellent place to stay and the best people. The owners and the stuff are totally involved for you to have a great stay. Rooms are very clean, the sea is two steps away, great breakfast. Definetly the best place in the area. Would come again with pleasure.

Το ξενοδοχείο Καραγιάννης ήταν καταπληκτικό σε μια μαγευτική τοποθεσία. Το επισκεφτήκαμε με τη σύζυγο και τα δυο δίδυμα αγόρια μου τέλος Δεκέμβρη και περάσαμε 3 αξέχαστες μέρες εκεί. Ειδικά τα μικρά παιδιά ενθουσιάστηκαν με το δωμάτιο δραστηριοτήτων αλλά και με την γενικότερη διαμονή μας εκεί. Επίσης το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό με σπιτικά και όχι τυποποιημένα εδέσματα όπως συνήθως συναντάμε σε άλλα καταλύματα. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική για εξορμήσεις στο Βόλο από τον οποίο απέχει 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο καθώς και ξένοιαστες στιγμές στην παραλία που βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά μια ανάσα από το ξενοδοχείο. Κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας εκεί είχαμε ένα ατύχημα, ευτυχώς τίποτα σοβαρό, με το αυτοκίνητο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες και το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν απίστευτα εξυπηρετικοί και μας βοήθησαν και με το παραπάνω να ξεπεράσουμε την αναστάτωση λόγω του ατυχήματος. Μας επέτρεψαν να μείνουμε την επόμενη μέρα ακόμα και μετά το προγραμματισμένο check out χωρίς εξτρά χρέωση, μας βοήθησαν να βρούμε μέσο επιστροφής στη βάση μας καθώς και μας προσέφεραν ψυχολογική στήριξη καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια. Είμαστε ιδιαίτερα ευγνώμονες γιατί πρόκειται για ανθρώπους με κεφαλαία γράμματα που πραγματικά δείχνουν πως θα έπρεπε να είναι η Ελληνική ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑ. Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο. Βρίσκετε στις Αλυκές λίγα βήματα από την παραλία και περίπου 5 χιλιόμετρα από το Βόλο. Είναι σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή. Διαθέτει PARKING. Τα δωμάτια του είναι αρκετά ευρύχωρα, πεντακάθαρα και προσφέρουν όλες τις ανέσεις ( κεντρική θέρμανση, κλιματισμό, μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα, ψυγείο, καλό Wi-Fi κλπ). Επίσης διατίθεται εξαιρετικό πρωινό με ζεστά και κρύα πιάτα για κάθε γούστο. Η φιλοξενία, η εξυπηρέτηση και η καθαριότητα είναι τα κύρια πλεονεκτήματα αυτού του ξενοδοχείου. Εμείς μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο Ιανουάριο και στην περιοχή δεν ήταν όλα τα καταστήματα ανοιχτά, όμως πολύ κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχουν Supermarket καφετέρια ζαχαροπλαστεία σνακμπαρ και ο Ιππόκαμπος μια ωραία ταβέρνα με πολύ καλό φαγητό και καλές τιμές. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την θαυμάσια διαμονή.

Πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο !!! Με το που μπαίναμε στο δωμάτιο μύριζε καθαριότητα ! Όλα άψογα !!!Τρομερό πρωινό , για όλα τα γούστα , κάθε μέρα είχε και διαφορετικά απίστευτη ποικιλία !!! Και οι άνθρωποι παρά πολύ καλοί , ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι και ο Δημήτρης και η Ασημένια !!!

Πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο μοσχομυριζε παντού, πολύ ευγενικά τα παιδιά που το έχουν!!! Στο δωμάτιο υπάρχουν （παντόφλες, οδοντόβουρτσα με οδοντόκρεμα, είδη μπάνιου）.Πλούσιο πρωινό με αλμυρά και γλυκά πιάτα, έχει παραλία με μαγαζιά καφέ ακριβώς από κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο.
