Very good sea view, breakfast is especially great , brand new facilities

On the edge of town (Larnaka), so caters more for people with cars (ample parking). Still, nice seafront walk for a few miles and a few beachside coffee shops. Public beach right outside, shallow water and sandy once inside water. Very new hotel, so good value for money, especially when booking rooms with Seaview balcony. Staff at restaurant very nice. We stayed at this hotel over the summer, and it was a fantastic experience. Theodora was our host, and she went above and beyond, making sure we were well taken care of every day. Big thanks to Theodora! The place itself was wonderful. Our family loved every moment of it. The view from our room, especially during sunset by the pool, was just breathtaking. The kids had a blast with the playground and the pool, which kept them entertained. The food was not only great but also delicious, and every member of the staff was friendly and welcoming. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed for one night which we enjoyed. Found the property perfect for the one night stay, easy to find and parking opposite the property. We thought the one bedroom apartment we had as comfortable and the only reason we did not give 5 stars was that it could benefit with the apartment being painted however this did not stop us enjoying our stay. The restaurant below the apartments is very good, great food & drinks which were reasonably priced. We included breakfast in our stay which was very good. Live music Friday & Saturday. Definitely would stay again.
