I booked in good faith and had to cancel more than a week before check-in. Still, the property refused to refund even a rupee of the ₹4,000 paid. Their claim that “beds were left vacant” is clearly false — even after cancellation, the listing showed full. There was no clear refund policy communicated during booking. The manager responded rudely, blaming me instead of owning up. If you respect your money and dignity, stay away from this place. They’re only professional when it suits them.

The bed to bed space is very short and locker is far of bed.over all main problem min space bed to bed Other wise staffs behaviour is good. Bathroom in not hand wash present. Bathroom is good and bathing facilities is good. Overall out dormatry is good .

Best place to stay in Vrindavan. The location is very good and the facilities provided are the best in the price range. Must say home away home. The owner of the property Mr. Robin is vey good and helpful person.The room and the washroom very neat and clean.

Peaceful place and good environment . Best for solo travellers. Washrooms were clean. Locality is good. All temples are very close. Open 24*7 so you can go easily anytime for darshan. Bedsheets and blanket were neat. go and enjoy the vrindavan trip

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Everything about the doormetry was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had such an excellent stay at Laxmi dormitory. The place is clean and well maintained, the staff is kind and supportive and the location is great. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities.Definitely a recommended place for a comfortable and safe stay.

Best dormitory in vrindavan .the best part of this dormitory is very easily accessible to Prem mandir 100 mtr and Iskcon is 200mtr ,,,,,Banke bihari ji and radhavallabh ji are only 3 km the hospitality is amazing even the property owner is too good 😊
