The Fiji Orchid

Stayed just 1 night en route to the Mamanucca Islands. What an amazing boutique adults only property with top quality customer service delivered with a smile by wonderful staff. Just 6 unique bure style rooms set in a tropical garden with full luxury amenities surrounded by birdsong and nature at her finest. Had dinner onsite at Raymond's in an equally soothing environment. Food was excellent and my wife who is vegan was very well looked after with a very tasty vegetable stir fry. Beautiful pool area where we waited for our transfer to Port Denarau. Absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending this property as your location before or after the islands.

My partner and I had the most incredible stay at Orchid Fiji at the end of January. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning surroundings and the warm, welcoming staff. The resort is absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and an amazing atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable. Our villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with all the amenities we could ask for. The attention to detail was exceptional, and it really felt like a home away from home. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of fresh, local dishes that we couldn’t get enough of. What really stood out to us was the incredible service. The team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether it was organizing a private excursion or just making sure we had everything we needed, they truly made us feel like VIPs. Quiet Bure in an amazing tropical garden with impeccably beautiful surroundings. Quiet - relaxing- very private with all amenities . And incredible food. Great service - Perfect place for adults to unwind -after a week of unwinding! :) After being met by our own ‘ Fiji Orchid’ driver at Denarau sea port - The staff immediately made us feel so welcome- and attended to any needs . Our island travel gave us the relaxation of being pampered castaways- Fiji Orchid continued that feeling at a higher level. The tropical gardens surrounding every room - sounds of tropical birds - fruit trees , and a beautiful pool area . Only 6 rooms pretty much ensures you a quiet exclusive experience. The restaurant onsite site “ Raymond’s “ was equally impressive. After the beautiful stroll from our room - we enjoyed a drink in the lounge and a delicious dinner service ( as well as a breakfast) . Island tours and excursions can be recommended and scheduled for you - as well as onsite massages.

A hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is very friendly, food was delicious and the rooms are perfect. It reminded me of a permanent tented African camp. Lots of birds around, we could even hear the screeching owls at dinner time. Amazing massage as well! Marcee knew exactly where she had to focus on without me telling her. Our driver Ruben was fantastic too! Friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Definitely recommend it!!

This is an absolute gem of a place, super close to the airport, they pick you up and drop you off so you don’t even have to think about any of it, but it feels a million miles away. Private and secluded and feels like you’re staying at the private home of a glamorous movie star friend. It’s not a resort so much, more of a secluded luxury spot to relax, and it’s absolutely divine. If you’re looking for a layover before you go out to a far flung island, or you just want to get off the plane and be drinking a wine by the pool in half an hour, it’s perfect. The best part of the experience is both the incredible burres that are so unique and make you feel like you’re in a movie - and also the owner and boss lady extraordinaire Mrs B - we met her at dinner in the restaurant one night and felt like we’d been friends for life. Her magic and hospitality is infectious and makes you want to drink life down like a frozen margarita. She really went out of her way to make our stay special - the little things like rearranging the menu to make sure we could try Fijian food, to showing us an absolutely incredible Fijian circus show, she made our trip phenomenal. You’ll love it, just go. The only thing I’d say is that it’s not a resort like Sheraton, so there isn’t always someone there to attend to your every need, but if you want something just ask. They’ll do everything to help. (And if you’re someone who at 2am is like, hm, I want juice I’ll just go to the on site seven eleven…it doesn’t work like that. But There’s a bar and they’ll work super hard to get you whatever you want snacks wise - they found me some amazing local style chips and nuts just because I said I was hungry - so if you want something just ask. Don’t waste your money on a cookie cutter Nadi resort, go here and hang out in a pocket of paradise.
