Hotel Al Togo Fitness & Relax

English: Honestly I read a lot of bad reviews but if I may say so, my partner and I had a great time. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights, at the beginning it's true that we had to wait a bit for the room (that it was ready), but we were able to wait comfortably taking a bath and relaxing in the pool. Clearly it's not a thousand star hotel, in fact I can confirm the furniture, a bit old-fashioned in style, and the pipes quite clogged (which then for what we used in the end wasn't that serious and we washed ourselves a ****** of times between the sea and the heat), but for the rest everything was excellent. The owner seemed quite helpful and kind to us as well as his handyman (he takes care of cleaning the rooms, breakfast and other things), always available to give information and ready to satisfy the customer's requests, in fact on the last day we arrived after 10 due to an underwater activity but we were still able to use our now ex-room (with shower and clothes horse). As for the cleanliness, nothing to say, sheets, towels and in the room in general everything was fine. Sockets worked, a big let down was the fridge that had a cable not completely covered in one part and the electrical socket (yes, you read that right) in the shower at the top, personally never seen. Luckily there was an "on-off" switch that obviously allowed the activation of that socket and consequently the risk of being electrocuted. In fact we never touched it. The fridge is true that it makes a little annoying noise at night but just move it a little and it goes away. One "peculiar" thing is that to have the light in the room you had to put the key in a switch, only that when we had to close the door consequently we no longer had light but even this detail can be solved with the phone's torch. The breakfast was honestly "normal": croissants of various types (empty, cream, etc.), coffee or cappuccino, yogurt of various flavors, fruit juice and grilled sliced ​​bread that could be seasoned with the classic jams / honey / single-serving Nutella. Simple but good, for our needs. Top swimming pool not to mention the super strategic position and close to everything. If I were to return to Vulcano I would gladly return to Al Togo.

I went with my husband and daughter. The property may have good potential: large rooms with patio and communal pool. Unfortunately, however, the structure is old and poorly maintained, starting from the bathrooms and all the furnishings. Insufficient breakfast and with poor quality products.

I read the positive reviews, the convenient price for the location and I say to myself... I'll book now! It's a shame that the positive reviews weren't exactly reliable. BAD IS TO SAY A LITTLE. Structure with potential but very poorly maintained, dilapidated and dirty. In a period like this even more so... I felt disgusted with touching anything, taking a shower and sleeping on that bed... it's a shame that all the other facilities in Vulcano were full that week otherwise I would have gladly changed! I don't recommend it at all. Owners, wake up and try to renovate but above all know how to enhance what you have in your hands with CLEANING!

...non è cosa facile. Stavolta abbiamo alloggiato qui. La piscina è carina e lo è anche il giardino in cui è incastonata. La colazione non è ricca. Le stanze non hanno grandi ambizioni, ma per un weekend a respirare zolfo (ne vado matto!) può andare bene

Potenzialmente la struttura potrebbe essere veramente da 5 stelle, ma .....le camere meriterebbero una cura migliore, la pulizia è approssimativa, il bagno poco pulito, il box doccia vetusto, basterebbe un prodotto anticalcare per dargli un altro aspetto. Copriletto sporco e polvere un po' dappertutto. Lo spazio esterno diventa poco usufruibile quando si accende il condizionatore. La chiave della porta, collegata alla chiave che attiva la corrente, fa si che, se vuoi chiudere dall'esterno la stanza, devi staccare la corrente e quindi il condizionatore, e, di questo periodo, non è accettabile. Piscina bella ma null'altro.

Non mi sono trovato bene , dalla posizione, alla location , alla pulizia , all’accoglienza, diciamo che a vulcano mi sono sempre trovato benissimo, ma questa esperienza non la rifarei in questa location , l’unica forse cosa positiva la piscina .
