While a decent price, it's absolutely rundown and services are limited. We went to get dinner at 6:30, and the restaurant was already closed. The wall plugs in the room were not all working, making it hard to power my PC. Overall, everything seems to be falling apart. And calling the room "seaview" was a definite stretch. Overall, I'd not recommend and won't stay again.

Second time coming to the resort everything is fine ☺ enthusiastic friendly staff, delicious food according to my own taste. The view is great, the room has a cool balcony. Clean swimming pool, relaxing campus with lots of trees.

The rooms are a nice size, the ones on the 4th floor with a sea view are very good. The staff are very friendly and the cleaning is superb. Good location near the beach, but the beach is rocky there and not suitable for swimming. If you have transport there are lots of options for food and drink. The hotel has a nice bar near the road. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, nothing special. I have lived in hotels in Vietnam for the last year, this is a good hotel, good value and I would stay there again.

On a field trip for my school, we were unlucky enough to book into this hotel. In several of the rooms there was no hot water in the 4 days we stayed. The reception staff only said that they were going to check the problem. The hotel is old, but above all very dirty and without maintenance. Food is not bad, but breakfast was the same every day and lunch and dinner the same with minimal variations. The restaurant staff are attentive and helpful Air conditioning in common areas is off. The beds are old and you can feel the springs. You can see that some areas of the hotel have been closed for a long time because they serve as a warehouse, as well as being extremely dirty. This hotel was probably a 4 star years ago, but currently in its current condition it is barely two or three.

I really like the scenery here, the swimming pool is clean, there are many trees and fruit trees here, it looks very peaceful, I stayed in room 302 for 2 days with my family, the breakfast is also quite diverse, the Resort has Cafe area, my kids really like the shaking beef and bingsu, I will return to Seaside Resort next time I travel.
