My stay at sea star beach resort was average. I only spent a night at the hotel. We didn't find a good place to eat. The sheets could have been better. Over all, the place was okay. U cannot relax in the day time as the place is just alright.

One of the worst property. Paid 3k for room without tv and with lot of mosquitoes. Please don’t do this for money

Room space was good and it was at the centre of beach. When i reached, room allotted to me. Condition was horrible. No prior cleanliness done. No care taker available on the reception. The whole area was under renovation may be, that's why things are not well arranged. Hope makemy trip management has to understand the present condition of hotel before offering the selection to the user. In the night, inside the room, good amount of mosquito came. I asked the person kept for night, he told nothing has given the hotel owner to him please manage the same. It was night 2. 30 hrs and we struggling alot.

There is no proper response from the management, nobody showed up at the reception, matress is too bad, all the time water issue, no power backup, very uncomfortable and bad hotel too choose.

Very much disappointed with the facilities. Totally irrelevant 😑 about what shown. Suffered a lot with the stay. Vacating after 4 hrs of stay. Still finding the Delux hotel?. Doors are damaged and there is no wifi. No room service. Nothing as mentioned in the features

It’s at the central location. Checkin - checkout was easy. Mathayi and danny was there always to answer queries. They don’t have a restaurant, but lots of food is near. Cross road to reach beach.

Room is spacious, Balcony is great from where you will have best view of the ocean, you can spend hours in balcony as proper sitting arrangement is also made their. About Staff 5 star I and my wife were their on 12-13 of this month, We felt very nice, and planning to go again and wishing to stay in the same hotel. Ayurvedic spa facility is also available at reasonable price.

The room that i was given was non ac even though i paid for an ac suite. It was not much of a problem at that time since the weather was cold. The view is pretty awesome from the gallery. Otherwise, the room was pretty average and without any running hot water

It was a pleasant stay, the staff were very supportive. Nice location, rooms were decent and clean. There's no restaurant as of now in the hotel but they will arrange food on request from nearby restaurant. They were very supportive in making our stay comfortable. Hoping to see many more good changes soon. Would definitely recommend if you are planning an affordable beach side stay in cherai
