The hotel is located about half a block from the Novy Smokovec tram station, with convenient access to various parts of the High Tatra, and with direct trams to Poprad for shopping, food, and long-distance trains. The staff were very helpful, even showing us into our room, and the room was nice.

This is a wonderful accommodation. The villa-style apartments makes you feel comfortable like you’re at home. It was spacious and clean. We had a very early departure and the hotel offered to pack us breakfast to-go! So very kind! I just wish this accommodation had a sauna.

Hotel location is very good, near the train station, there are many restaurants around, there are also sports stores. The hotel's dining environment is very good, the breakfast is very rich, and you can go skiing if you are full. Specially recommended for dinner at the hotel, it is very authentic, that is, the price is a little expensive compared to local consumption. Because it is newly renovated, the room layout is relatively modern and suitable for us. The outdoor open-air hot springs are very good, and the sun is just shining during the day, which is very comfortable with the surrounding white snow. The only regret is that the hotel only sends two bottles of mineral water on the day of check-in. It is perfect if delivered every day.
