Paper thin walls - we could hear every step up and down the stairs, every door closing and worst of all, the couple next door having an adventurous night until 3am. The bathtub was leaking and toilet was broken. Overall price too high for tired hotel that needs a major overhaul.

The service is disgusting and disgraceful. They overbook rooms and may cancel your reservation without any regard for your plans. Imagine arranging your flights, permits, and everything else, only to be notified four days before your arrival that your reservation has been canceled. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to safeguard your vacation—find a more trustworthy alternative.

The hotel is fabulous and full of beautiful art. Terrific spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel has just been remodeled and it has tremendous character. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was also terrific. Great town full of restaurants and shops. Loved it!

Nice hotel in a great location in the centre of Vytina. Our room was good and everything we needed. Nice views from our balcony over the pool area and the surrounding hillside. Great breakfast in lovely area downstairs. Would give 5 stars but the walls were a little thin. We could hear the person next door talking on the phone, praying and singing. Wouldn't mind if only a few minutes, but it went on for a number of hours! I'm not up for an argument with someone praying. Spoke to the desk, but as the hotel was full, they couldn't move us. Shame really.

Στους εσωτερικούς χώρους του ξενοδοχείου κυκλοφορεί ανενόχλητο ένα κατοικίδιο (γάτα) χωρίς κάποιο έλεγχο ή επίβλεψη, πράγμα το οποίο σε καμία περίπτωση δεν είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι να ανεχόμαστε, ειδικά για λόγους υγιεινής!! Μίλησα ευγενικά με όλη την καλή διάθεση στην κοπέλα από τη ρεσεψιόν για το θέμα, η οποία με αντιμετώπισε με ειρωνικό ύφος λέγοντας μου ότι θα κάνει το καλύτερο που μπορεί για να το «περιορίσει»! Μάλιστα είχε το θρασος να μου πει οτι να μην ανησυχώ γιατί δεν ανεβαίνει στα κρεβάτια των δωματίων και δεν εμφανίζεται στο χωρο του πρωινού γιατί δεν μπορεί τον πολύ κόσμο!!! Τι άλλο θα ακούσουμε!! Δεν πέρασε μισή ώρα απο την συζήτηση μας .. και βλέπω τη γατα να στρογγυλοκάθεται στις καρέκλες του χώρου που σερβίρεται το πρωινό!!!! Η κοροϊδία σε όλο της το μεγαλείο!!!!!! Λυπάμαι ειλικρινά για όλη την συμπεριφορά και την αντιμετώπιση από το προσωπικό ενός ξενοδοχείου που θέλει να λέγεται 4 αστέρων!!

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο και πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Μας κέρδισαν αμέσως. Είχαμε μείνει δυστυχώς μόνο μια βραδιά, 4 ενήλικες και ένα μωρό, αλλά περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα. Η τοποθεσία είναι κεντρικότατη. Το μόνο που θα ήθελα ήταν να βρούμε ανοιχτό το εστιατόριό τους, για το οποίο είχα ακούσει πολύ καλά λόγια, αλλά όταν το επισκεφτήκαμε ήταν κλειστό.

Καλαίσθητο ξενοδοχείο με έργα τέχνης σε κάθε γωνιά. Πολύ ωραία αισθητική σε όλους του χώρους - κοινόχρηστους και μη -. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και ωραία διακοσμημένο, κρεβάτι με αναπαυτικό στρώμα. Πολύ ωραίο πρωινό και φιλικό προσωπικό. Στα μείον ότι κάποια στιγμή αργα το βράδυ κλείνουν τη θέρμανση, ωστόσο το αναφέραμε στην υποδοχή και το επόμενο βράδυ ήταν ανοιχτή. Επίσης, το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει καθόλου καλή ηχομόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάμε από πολύ νωρίς το καθώς το ρολόι του χωριού χτυπά από τις 6 το πρωί. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά (με ωτοασπίδες ωστόσο).

Das für die Region typische Steinhaus liegt mitten im Ortszentrum. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und ziemlich groß. Es ist total ruhig gelegen, wirklich super um sich zu entspannen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein, aber lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wichtig vielleicht auch zu erwähnen: es gibt eine richtig gute Heizung, die im Winter sicherlich notwendig ist.
