Grand Beach

We decided to go for a day out, and the day was cloudy , a bit rainy it was a holiday in Sri Lanka. So ,we visited many places to relax and we were looking for a buffet restaurant including pool facilities. Finally we found GRAND BEACH (Wijaya Leisure) in Wadduwa. It was a great experience , starting from the first moment we arrived The customer service was very helpful and excellent... The smiling professional, very honest and polite lady in the reception greeted us with the genuine smile and she explained about the facilities with the details very clearly... Big thanks to Mr.Gishantha Withana ( Assistant Resident Manager) who gave us the supreme Customer services that are unforgettable, I really surprised his behaviour he was so humble and very professional hotelier...we had conversations many times, About the food he suggested me a set menu for my family members... immediately he invited the kitchen Chef to intoduce and explain more about food preferences. The quality of foods are excellent and potions of foods are very good, enough for many people.. really worth for money. We noticed the restaurant service staff was very attentive, anticipating the customer needs.The atmosphere was amazing, the lobbies were very clean and tidy. Once again Specially thanking to Mr Gishantha Withana for his unforgettable services. I would recommend this place for any occasions.It was great evening, keep it up your good service GRAND BEACH ,we will back very soon:) :) :) :)

We chose Grand Beach Wadduwa for our Toastmasters Club Trip and it was a fantastic experience end to end. An insightful inspection tour, a very good pre-arrival co-ordination by the hotel staff especially Mr Vithana - Assistant Manager, a seamless check-in process and high quality and clean rooms made the first impressions very exciting. The hotel Food & Beverage Team went above and beyond to not only provide a wide variety of delicious international food at the Restaurant but also threw one of the best club parties in the bar area we have experienced. Chamil and his Team at the Hotel Bar were exemplary. The DJ was brilliant. We had the After Party at the beautiful Summer Hut by the beach. The hotel has a stunning view of the Ocean & Sunset and the pool is long and well maintained. Our water polo game was a blast! It's pity our planned cricket match on the lawn got washed away by the May Monsoons but we quickly made up for it when the rain seized with a fascinating beach cricket match. There is a Serendipitous Beauty to this hotel be it hard rains or sunshine. I am coming here again in June - Paradise is 30/45 minutes drive away from the City Centre . Don't leave Sri Lanka without a visit!
