Sehr interessante Speisekarte! Leckere Küche (Fischsuppe, Rumpsteak, Kabeljau mit Spargel). Top Service bei vollem Haus. Lediglich die Aussenterrasse könnte etwas stärker gegen den Verkehrslärm abgeschirmt sein. Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Restaurant.

Wir hatten einen schönen Abend mit der Familie im Dagstuhler Hof, das Essen hat eine exzellente Qualität, der Service ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die beiden Inhaber Khalid und Swetlana, einzigartig. Immer wieder gerne. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich hatte ein sehr großzügiges Zimmer im ersten Stock, tolle Matratze, schönes Bad mit Regen Dusche. Den Abend habe ich im dazugehörigen Restaurant verbracht. Tolles Essen! Der Pulpo und das Lavendeleis ist ein Traum! Es ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp und war total unerwartet, mit vielen tollen Aromen, top Produkte, eine tolle Bedienung und insgesamt eine sehr schöne Stimmung. Kann ich ohne Zwinkern weiterempfehlen.

Einchecken per Telefon, Zimmerschlüssel aus Wandsafe. Niemand vor Ort. Das kam unerwartet. Also Gepäck ohne Aufzug in den zweiten Stock. Das Zimmer war hübsch eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelbelegung gebucht. Ein schönes Bad mit einer großen Dusche mit einem Regenduschkopf. Eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine und eine kleine Flasche(!) Mineralwasser waren vorhanden. Mein abendlicher Besuch des im Hause gelegenen Restaurant war eine Offenbarung. Ich wurde freundlich bedient und habe dort hervorragend gegessen. Die Fischsuppe mit Croûtons und Rouille als Vorspeise habe ich selten so vorzüglich gegessen. Als Hauptgericht wählte ich Rumpsteak mit Zwiebeln und Pilzen, als Beilage Kartoffel Gratin. Das Steak war sehr gut und auf den Punkt gebraten. Zwiebeln und Pilze verfügten über angenehme Röstaromen. Das in einem kleinen Pfännchen gereichte Kartoffel Gratin war etwas übergart. Das gewählte Dessert, weißes Schokoladen Mus mit Erdbeersalat und ein Parfait rundeten den Genuss des Abends erfreulich ab. Letztlich der als Abschluss gereichte Espresso war qualitativ noch ausbaufähig. Küchenchef und der nette Service habe mir einen schönen Abend ermöglicht. Eine eindeutige Empfehlung!
