It's a bit difficult to communicate in English at the front desk, but the attitude is not bad. The rooms are very small, and the big bed room is relatively normal

Absolutely amazing hotel, especially thanks to Shadi, who takes care of everything and is very friendly. He is always at the reception and speaks good English. He willingly solved any problem we had in a few minutes. He arranged transportation around Petra, accommodation in Wadi Rum with pick-up, a dentist for our daughter and many other things, all at a great price. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

If you are visiting petra then this hotel is the best to stay the room was amazing with amaing view on the city the staff was so kind and the food also was great the dinner and the breakfast so I highly recommend this hotel in petra if plan to go there

One of the most beautiful hotels in Petra where we stayed for four days. It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is located on the side of the road. The breakfast is nice and the dinner everything was like a spacious and clean room. Everything was perfect. We will return, God willing. The staff were attentive. Enjoyed.
