Ali & his family are wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. The best guides I came across in the Wadi Rum desert. The camp is clean, comfortable and has the most beautiful views! The swing on the sand dune was a highlight, and the food was delicious. If you have some extra time, stay as long as you can!! Highly recommend

The team is very professional. Alia, Ali and their children tarek and Walid They meet all our expectations, accommodation, Transfert 4x4, home in village and in desert. The cook Abu Grahim has to prepare good dishes every days.

Beautiful camp located in the middle of the Wadi rum desert. Staying in this place allows you to fully enjoy the beauty and vastness of the desert, you are literally surrounded by sand and this sublime nature (you can also see beautiful sunrises and sunsets). The camp is well organised, there are several typical tents where tourists can stay, a structure with clean and functioning bathrooms and a larger tent (very characteristic) where you can eat and experience Bedouin culture. staying with them we also had the opportunity to do a jeep tour in the desert, but it is also possible to do camel tours etc. Recommended.

Rooms and common toilets are clean and well maintained. The main hut was very comfortable and all amenities were available. Being located in the heart of the desert, there’s no access to mobile network, so if you need to make calls or emails you’d have to drive a few minutes closer to the village to reach network. Overall, a very memorable experience.

We were traveling in Wadi Rum with our 5 months old baby. Ali’s wife was very responsive and arranged everything on short notice. She welcomed us at their guest house in Wadi Rum village with a nice cup of tea and explained us many things about the Bedouin culture and Wadi Rum. We spent half a day on a jeep tour with Walid, Ali’s eldest son. Walid took special care with our little son, and adapted the program to fit the baby’s needs. He was very nice and tried to show us the most in the short time we had in Wadi Rum. It was a wonderful experience, we can highly recommend! Ali & family also have a lot of experience organizing trips to more remote places (out of the beaten track) in the desert, which we wish to do in a next trip when the kid is older…

My second stay at Ali's place, and certainly not the last one ! We stayed for 4 nights at the guesthouse in town and 3 at the camp in the desert. Ali and his oldest son Walid know every corner of the desert and are the best host. It's definitly the best place to stay for climbers since they know every routes and the will give you the advice you need. We had very good food with vegetables available every day. Bathrooms are clean and there's even water in the camp. Use it carefully !

Amazing! We stayed for a few days in the guesthouse in the village and one night in the camp. The camp was clean, very friendly staff, Ali is super helpful with anything you need, just ask for a ride, water, tips for climbing, he knows it all. The tent is small but comfy, and the bathrooms are new. The communal tent was amazing, with half of it bulit into the rock. At night they start a fire and sing traditional beduin songs, a must exeprience. The dinner was very welcome after a whole day of climbing, rice with vegetables and chicken, variety of salads and baklava for dessert. It is in the walking distance of Khazali cannyon, which was filled with water at the time of our stay so it was spectacular. The gusethouse in the village is basic but sufficient for climbers, some classic routes like the beauty, goldfinger, Salim and flight or fancy are 30min walk from the house. You can also pet their animals if you fancy that, they have camels, goats, dogs, cats and chicken. :)) Felt like home, they welcomed us like a part of the family. Will definetly be coming back! :)

La meilleure journée de notre séjour en Jordanie. Nous avions opté pour une balade en dromadaire puis en 4x4. Un sentiment de liberté et d'immensité. Le camp où nous avons passé la nuit est vraiment très beau. Les repas étaient préparés devant nous et absolument délicieux. Walid, le fils d'Ali, a largement sublimé cette expérience, par sa gentillesse et son humour, et c'était en plus le meilleur conducteur ! Merci à cette famille de nous avoir fait partagé tout ça !

Nous avons passé une très bonne journée avec Walid, le fils d'Ali. Au programme, départ du camp en 4*4, visite des différents points de vue du désert avec un déjeuner copieux préparé en direct et cuit au feu de bois. Le soir, après une belle vue du coucher de soleil sur les hauteurs des rochers, nous avons retrouvé Ali pour passer une nuit dans une grotte à ciel ouvert, où Ali nous a préparé un très copieux dîner. Le matin, après le petit déjeuner, nous avons quitté le camp pour un retour en dromadaire chez Ali pour récupérer notre voiture et continuer notre périple. Nous recommandons, n'hésitez pas à le contacter via Whatsapp !
