There was a feeling of cleanliness throughout the hotel. I arrived in the morning, so I had my luggage checked in, but when I checked in, it was very quick and I already had my luggage in my room. The shower water pressure is sufficient.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, walkable distance to city centre.

It was a good experience with big room and all amenities. Manager was very friendly and helpful.

We stopped and stayed at St Hugh at Wagga Wagga on our way home from Melbourne. The hotel has only opened 2 weeks ago. The two king size suited us with two kids, and the design of the room and the bathroom are functional and maintained clean. The staff at the reception are very helpful, especially Rebecca who contacted us for the left behind earrings of my wife. She made a lot of effort to send the earrings by registered mail . The location is within walking distance to shops and three Supermarkets. We highly recommend this hotel halfway between Melbourne and Sydney.

The smell of the room makes people feel comfortable. It would be better if some tableware is provided.
