Super helpful host. My parents and I had a fabulous stay. I love the rustic comfort and the artistic design touches of the country cottages. Great surrounding and close to famous vineyard lunches.

Loveeeeeeee the huge outdoor tub for hot spring! Room is considered very clean although there are some spiders and cobwebs around, but this is normal and acceptable since the outdoor tub area is of nature settings. Tub is very clean too btw. The huge sofa and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a microwave oven which is very convenient although we didn't use it.
Location is right beside some eateries and a supermarket (the fried chicken and fries are very nice in the supermarket!). A 5-10mins drive to Helensville with another supermarket and more eateries. Tried the sushi shop and thai food, both are good.
Overall we had a great stay and would like to thank the friendly host too!

Overall it is not bad, the islanders opened, the environment is good, the room is big, you can cook by yourself, the hot spring opposite is very average, not recommended, the islanders service is very average, the hot spring next door feels better!

Very good room, I live with friends, a cozy two-bedroom, not afraid of noisy others, the soundproofing of the room is worth mentioning, we had a very happy stay. The style and characteristics of the villa are relatively distinctive, with a local atmosphere, and the overall appearance is very clean, very elegant, and looks very simple. The whole is located in the West District. In fact, it is quite prosperous and can meet shopping needs.

We went there late at night, check-in was fast, the room we were assigned had a courtyard right outside (you can open it outside), and the air conditioner was really powerful, it gave me a nosebleed late at night, isn't that powerful?
So when you check in, you should ask for a room inside the building.

After arriving at the hotel, the front desk has completed all the formalities and proceeded, directly leading the door card to enter the room, the room is clean and comfortable. Cooking utensils are readily available, and pots and pans are easy to use. A five-minute walk from the surrounding area is a large supermarket and it is very convenient to purchase raw materials. The mattress is comfortable and you can fall asleep peacefully. The toilet and bath room are very convenient and hygienic. Like it, I have already stayed twice, next time it is my first choice! ! !

The hotel has new facilities and equipment, and the service is warm. It does not provide breakfast, and the surrounding is very quiet. There is a mountain path on the back side where you can pass a small waterfall, or you can walk to many places for exercise nearby. There is a bus at the door of the hotel that can reach the shopping center and the city center, 2 stops to Massey University, and 3-4 stops to the shopping center and supermarket. After you are familiar with the route, it is basically a 20-minute walk to the supermarket. The Albany area is generally sparsely populated and very quiet. If you like crowds and want to shop, it is more convenient to go to the city center.

Early check in was no problem. Arrived two hrs earlier than our expected early check in time and the apartment was already ready! Clean and spacious for our family of 5 adults. Apartment was set with 5 single beds just as asked. Service was efficient and they were able to gladly offer extra towels and detergent when we asked for more. Westfield shopping center only a couple of minutes drive away. Location just as we wanted, away from the busy city but still convenient with shops and good restaurants close by.
