A lovely hotel with friendly staff and fantastic cuisine! A variety of menus, places to sit, eat and drink. Comfortable bedrooms but with no tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was super. Quite a qwerky place to stay with all the steps here and there!! So do tread carefully!

Easy to find in a small village fairly close to Spa. The hotel is quite small and has a lovely restaurant, which serves lovely food and is quite popular with the locals. The rooms are very large, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The staff speak good English and are very friendly. This is a great place to stay to explore Spa and the surrounding area.

We had a nice stay at Cyrano's with our large cycling group. Closed storage for our bikes. In house restaurant with good food and breakfast next morning. The nice bar and restaurant is well frequented by locals at Saturday night. The rooms were quite new and roomy with comfortable beds. The owner and staff were very help-and thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice hotel and excellent food. The owner is deeply committed to providing a first-class experience. We were there for the F1 experience and he went out of his way to accommodate needs for shuttles and food at odd times.

Right on the cycle route, with a modern cycling storage room right on the cycle path. The hotel is nice & modern, but a little expensive. Receptionist spoke english & french, but no german. there's a bar & restaurant which I didn't try.

Deuxième expérience à l’hôtel Cyrano et nous n’avons pas été déçus. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Pour des sportifs comme nous, nous avons pu faire deux magnifiques promenades en vélo (Ravel accessible de l’hôtel et abris fermé pour les vélos). Nous avons passé une soirée magique avec les délicieux mets concoctés par le chef et ses précieux conseils sur les vins (avec ou sans alcool 😉). La décoration du restaurant gastronomique est intimiste et parfaite pour profiter d’un régal culinaire, 7 plats, des mises en bouche au dessert, et tout était excellent. Un seul regret ne pas avoir séjourné 2 jours pour profiter le deuxième soir d’un souper à la brasserie dans laquelle on peut prendre un verre ou se restaurer à toute heure. Nous espérons pouvoir vite y retourner.

Toegekomen en eerst op terras iets gaan drinken. Was prachtig weer. Nadien ontvangen aan de receptie en sleutel gekregen. Ruime moderne kamer. Perfect om een weekend te verblijven. Lekker gegeten. Zowel de vrijdagavond als de gastronomische menu op zaterdag. Een jonge ploeg om u te bedienen maar heel vriendelijk, kende duidelijk de regels van het vak. Mengde zich niet tussen gesprekken aan tafel maar wachtte geduldig af om op een gepaste manier info te geven. Ook de onderhoud van de slaapkamer was goed. Heel rommelig achter gelaten en aangenaam om nadien in een opgeruimde kamer terug te keren. Deze dame op de gang tegen gekomen en was ook vriendelijk.

Zeer prettige ervaring over de ganse lijn : goede ligging, parking naast de deur, zeer propere en ruime kamers. Het eten in de brasserie was van zeer goede kwaliteit. Wij hadden vnl wildgerechten en ze waren alle zonder uitzondering perfect klaargemaakt. Vooraf hadden wij een lekkere apero genomen in de bar. Prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
