The hotel is in lovely location with clean and tidy facilities, and the from desk are very warm and hospitable. Free room update and picuk up/drop off service. A 10/10 accommodation experience！

Value for money. For the price paid. Can't complain much as got free driving from Kada station to the hotel.
Cons is need to get the pic from train station to call as the number on the Google map and the banner can't go through.
Recommended to use the hotel transport as walking is too far.
Pros everything. There is a laundry coin as well which save our life alot as we travel 3 weeks to Japan. Do note the awajima shrine is just beside this hotel. Must visit and do see the sunset and sunrise.

Nice property, clean, service is excellent. Had to change room due to noisy air conditioner. Diner included in rate - choice of seafood or meat bbq.. was ok but I expected a Japanese style meal.

Beautiful scenery
Unfortunately, we decided to travel at the last minute and didn't book a room with a sea view.
The sanitation and facilities in the room were very old,
and there was a lot of dust on the sofa.
But the service was very good,
there was a pick-up service from Kata Station.

Traveling with my parents, I like this hotel very much and am very satisfied with it. The hot spring area is very clean, and I slept soundly after the warm bath. The ice cream is delicious, the uncles at the front desk are very enthusiastic, and you can buy local specialties in the store downstairs; the only small problem is that I am not used to the breakfast, it is better to go to the city to buy 711.
