I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the condition of your hotel located at 2555 Business Park Court, Waldorf, MD 20601, the Wingate by Wyndham Waldorf/Washington, DC Area. Unfortunately, my recent experience at your property was extremely disappointing due to the level of cleanliness and maintenance. Specifically: Hallway Carpet: The carpet in the hallways appeared severely neglected, with visible dirt and stains, suggesting it has not been vacuumed or shampooed in a significant amount of time. Bathroom Condition: The bathroom in my room was in unacceptable condition: The floor was dirty, indicating it had not been cleaned or mopped properly. The sink appeared to have been poorly repaired rather than replaced, with visible damage and wear. The bathtub was so filthy that I felt unsafe using it, as it seemed unsanitary. Most concerning, the bathroom door not only looked haphazardly repaired but also appeared to have a stain resembling fecal matter. This was particularly alarming, and I avoided touching it altogether. I have attached photographs to illustrate these issues and support my concerns. It is disheartening to see a property in such a state, especially one that charges guests for accommodations. Cleanliness and basic upkeep should be the foundation of any hospitality establishment. I trust you will take these matters seriously and address the issues promptly. It is imperative to ensure that future guests have a clean and comfortable experience at your hotel.
