Comfy beds wit soft linens, nice towels, fast wi-fi, two 65" 4k TVs in family room and master bathroom, two wood burning fireplaces, very private backyard with a cabana king size bed, outdoor rain shower and dining area. Plenty of toys and activities for the backyard like mini-soccer, giant jenga (4ft tall), pickle ball, etc.
Walk distance to shopping center with grocery store, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Starbucks Pete's Coffee and many restaurants. Graduation stay
House needed a few things. Kleenex and a kitchen sponge. It was great other than those items. So 9 and a 1/2 out of 10.
