my review of this hotel is very mixed, we arrived at Salzburg via train on the website clearly states that they can arrange transfers. Admittedly we did try and contact them the same day but there was no response to our email. To this day we never had a response. We contacted the hotel once we arrived in Salzburg to advise the best way to get to the hotel is. We got an a book to respond get a taxi and then they hung up. the same member of staff was available when we got to the hotel and was just as rude and arrogant. having travelled to most of the day the last thing you need is a receptionist who has no customer service skills despite this very poor service on arrival the rest of the stay was brilliant great facilities great staff in the morning great attention to detail. The shame that the afternoon hotel receptionist has absolutely no customer service

we had a long trip through the region and we looked for 1 night stop in the last second. And it's was our best one! very quiet atmosphere lovely staff comfortable room and great breakfast + a extra cozy spa area. everything you ask for. I'm definitely highly recommend it

I cannot recommend this hitel highly enough. An incredibly relaxing environment. The breakfast is amazing - everything from healthy chia seeds ( soaked overnight), to cakes. Room was clean and bed super comfortable. Good facilities, pools are small but clean and relaxing. Location is ideal,, 15mins from airport and 20 mins from Salzburg. Bus stop v close to hotel,, buses run 100pct on time every 30mins and are inexpensive. Staff are very friendly and accommodating,nothing was too much trouble. Snacks such as pizza and antipasti after 2pm. Minor downsides would be limited wardrobe space for clothes and no evening meals,,though there are a number of nice places to eat all less than a 10min walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and very comfortable rooms, welcoming, smiling and efficient staff, indoor swimming pool of modest size but very pleasant. The wellness center - hammam and spas - at the top. Breakfast with lots of choice and very good. All in a very quiet environment 15 minutes from Salzburg.

We had a fantastic stay. Very sympathetic and friendly people who still convey the soul of the family character. The room was spacious enough and bathrobes were also provided. Wellness includes an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Quietly located at an ideal distance to visit Salzburg. Breakfast was great, everything was there, delicious fresh tea, fresh juice, charcuterie, cheeses, salmon, eggs, pastry, different types of bread. We had a wonderful stay here. Thank you!

The town is very nice, quiet and a few km from Salusburg. The hotel is very well looked after, although not modern but pleasant in style. The rooms are quite spacious. You will also find a wellness area and gym. The breakfast is complete.

Great hotel in Salzburg/Wals! I am often in Salzburg for work and have been able to visit many hotels, but the Hotel Gabi is simply the BEST! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, quiet location, small but nice wellness area. The cleanliness is always top notch and so is the breakfast - everything your heart desires! I always love coming here. The connection to the city center is also good (there is a bus).
