Kudos to Sam, the desk manager.
I arrived very late that evening and he found all the options available for a late dinner, when all the restaurants are usually closed. He has been a tremendous support: his attention to me definitely reinforced the image I could have of the hotel and the Best Western brand.
By the way the swimming pool and the pancake machine are pretty cool.

One day, it wasn't even cleaned. There was a problem with the bathtub drain, so I told her, and she let me shower in another room, which was nice... But I waited for my room key for over 30 minutes (I called twice and went to the front desk once, but no one was there). When I called the third time, she apologized and said she forgot...

The room is large, but the mattress is too high, and the sofa is old and dirty, so I dare not sit on it. The room has a balcony, but it is useless in winter.

The overall is not bad, the room has two free bottles of water, a microwave, a hair dryer, and an iron. It was early in the morning when we arrived, and the check-in was relatively smooth. The breakfast was not bad, pure Western style, various iced juice drinks, free coffee and hot chocolate, and I found out after drinking cold water, haha.
