My fiancé, pup, and I had an amazing time at the Westin. We were greeted and taken care of very seamlessly. Their accommodation to allowing dogs made our stay so much less stressful. The hotel was very quiet, rooms are a great size. We were able to fit a large crate in the room with no issues. We will stay here again next time we need a hotel in the area!

Kudos to Sam, the desk manager. I arrived very late that evening and he found all the options available for a late dinner, when all the restaurants are usually closed. He has been a tremendous support: his attention to me definitely reinforced the image I could have of the hotel and the Best Western brand. By the way the swimming pool and the pancake machine are pretty cool.

The room is relatively spacious and the sanitary conditions are up to standard, but the quilt feels like a smell of oily smoke. I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk said no when I checked in. I communicated with Ctrip customer service for this matter and finally solved it, but the breakfast was actually more general. Breakfast coupons are issued every day for breakfast. When I eat, I don't know why I have to sign a confirmation order even if I show a breakfast coupon. This caused a communication misunderstanding and gave a breakfast tip that should not be given.

The room is very spacious, bright and the surrounding environment is quiet. The location is average and the health is OK. We are working there so choose. If it is a trip, it is more troublesome, because it costs 30 dollars to take a taxi to the city and 30 dollars to Harvard University. There are no slippers and toiletries in the room, and there are no hotels in the United States. It is very strange. Breakfast is mainly cold meals. It is good to use it as a fast hotel. Don't think about it compared with the domestic Hilton.
