Our butler, Alan, was incredibly warm and attentive. He was super helpful, even with last-minute requests. The hotel itself boasts a great environment and excellent service, all at a fantastic price! It truly enhanced our first trip to Hainan. The beaches at Shenzhou Peninsula are stunningly fine, and it's incredibly convenient with plenty of dining options and delicious food. My poor photos don't do the hotel justice, my apologies! All in all, this will be our top choice for our next visit!
