There is no reception at the bottom of the building. The office that let us in also hires out electric scooters. There is a large golf cart that takes took us to the building that we were staying in. Loved the apartment as soon as we entered. Loved the views, facilities everything. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air condition. They supplied everything and also washing liquid. The only downside was that my daughter received alot of bites around her ankle. We think it may be the base of the bed as she was wearing long pyjamas. She was the only one who got bitten it at that point of the trip. But otherwise, the place was beautiful and clean.

For those who have trouble finding where the building is: skip the first building. turn left from the entrance and walk down 50 metres until you see elevators (T5-3) next to a little convenience store. That's how you get up there. Nevertheless, the customer service is good and the manager came out to get us and also added our Wechat to keep in contact in case there are any issues. Supplies were replenished regularly, and the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Overall a pretty good experience. Recommended!
