酒店衹提供了2條毛巾，連浴巾都沒有，酒店最基礎的捲紙抽紙也沒有，礦泉水也沒有，不知道是酒店本來就不配備這些基礎的用品，還是説打掃衞生漏放了，晚上去前台拿的時候，那個前台男的在睡覺，一直罵罵咧咧的説這麼晚才講房間沒有這些東西，作為酒店連基礎用品都不配備，顧客去拿還要看你們酒店員工的臉色

這裏的環境讓人覺得很舒服，前台服務很棒，有求必應，一點點小事都能得到關注，很貼心。酒店內無論騎車還是走路，一路還能享受美景，很不錯了。酒店房間輕奢簡約風，性價比很高，設施齊全，房間內乾淨衞生 如果是長時間入住很方便，以後來旅遊，萬寧鯤鵬都是不錯的選擇！

該酒店和發佈的訊息不符，沒有按我訂的房間入住，經向總枱提出重新調整房間，但還是沒有按預訂的房間給我，勉強入後發現床單上有一個破洞，房間除衞生間和走廊燈外，衹有2盞灰暗的牆燈，打開窗外面的垃圾見上傳的圖片，酒店管理落後不到位，是海南環島遊中最差的一次住宿體驗。

很不錯的一次體驗，設備齊全，環境很好衞生方便做的很好乾凈整潔，房間特別寬敞，床也很舒服，給人一種回家的感覺，特別親近！泳池很大水清澈見底，我們出門在外旅遊最注重的就是舒服乾淨，他們家全做到了，服務也很好，很熱情也很有耐心點贊！最最重要的沒想到那麼便宜的價格訂的房間酒店裡面會有温泉，特別滿意的一次體驗！如果有機會再來這邊玩一定還會選擇這家酒店，性價比很高！

酒店很棒！服務熱情，設備設施齊全，温泉泡池、泳池、桌球、麻將桌這些都有！距離周邊景點植物園，巴里村等都不遠，周邊吃興隆的東南亞美食也方便…雖然不在海邊在興隆，打車20多分鐘可以到石梅灣海邊

室外温泉，感覺水不像温泉水呢，有點像熱水，但能泡就挺舒服了，不過檳榔蟲給我們都咬了，房間就是八十年代老招待所，而且很潮濕，有一些在這裏長住的候鳥長者。

疲憊了一天可以泡温泉小池，晚上9點下班，大池泳池是涼水，走1公里左右有小餐館，滴滴坐車可以去吃南洋美食，性價比還不錯。
