房間打掃的很乾凈，服務超級好，細節之處全部為客人考慮到，早上起來車也被洗乾淨了，早餐食材很新鮮，有講究，每一個人都笑眯眯的打招呼，小朋友要游泳，水池加熱完管家就通知小朋友可以游泳了，很棒的體驗。很用心，很高檔的服務。

簡直是服務的天花板，從到店前就加了管家，安排了商務車來高鐵站接站，到店後各種細節服務只有想不到沒有做不到。 親子房間設計的一級棒，這次住了兩個房型，公主房配的玩具，書，拼圖質感都很好，還配了elsa的裙子，可惜家裡是兩個男娃兒穿不上。後兩天住了太空套房，簡直要上天了，不説宇航員服飾和各種火箭玩具了，客廳的飛機還配了升降梯，房間裏還有VR太空艙可以隨便玩，呆房間不出門都能玩好久。 每天送下午茶還有晚餐，餐廳口味做的真的不錯，考慮我們住了三晚，每天還很注意給我們調配餐，早飯是單點但不限量，三天兩大兩小就一直在吃吃吃。 要説短板就是位置離海邊有點遠，不過酒店每天提供十公里內的接送也夠了，有小童樂園，小童泳池，還有免費的電玩，電影還有PS5可玩，酒店規模小所以設施確實比較小，不過好處是沒人，基本都包場玩，孩子特別開心，最後離店還給小朋友送了冰箱貼，還給了伴手禮，從頭到尾太完美了~~不知道酒店怎麼做到的，服務人員都特別友好，不是公式化的服務，小朋友都説這裏服務太好了，準備回京再去懷柔的朝林玩一下

管家服務很貼心，早晨還幫忙洗車，去神州半島很方便，酒店車接車送不擔心堵車，晚上酒店還有煙花秀，比起半島個人感覺出行更方便，不用擔心堵在島上。

酒店非常乾淨，服務員態度特別好，面帶笑容，二樓有孩子喜歡的玩得，還贈送晚餐和下午茶，全都很滿意，還免費升級了親子房。
