Came there for business and wanted to be as close as possible of the duty free. Hotel is nice but pretty far from everything

Glad I booked this room. The easy pool access was the highlight. We felt like we got a villa for a cheap price. The room and the pool were very clean.
The service could have been better though. Like the afternoon tea at the lobby. We requested it to be delivered in the room but it was not allowed so we need to get it at the lobby. Second was the room service. There were many dishes that were not available in the menu and the staff made a mistake twice with our order. It took us an hour or so before we can finally eat our dinner.
Overall, we would still want to stay here again.

Stayed in hotel for 5 days, very quite environmental and super dog friendly. Have plenty of parks to walk at, beach is around 10mins drive. Oh and this breakfast, top of the line :)

Clarifying I am not a Robert.
Beyond Expectations, great spirit and services.
But In fact I m not really expecting anything while I decided to stay this hotel at the first beginning. However, FD Manager - Cristina and her team changed my mind. Good feeling and experience in staying 2 nights which upgraded to lake view with high floor. And the welcome coffee biscuit that my daughter loved it the most. Appreciated at all arrangements!
