Come for the surf, stay for auntie Liu’s dumplings ❤️. Everything is v clean and homey and the atmosphere is perfect for getting remote work done. I stayed at another home stay in Riyue which was more expensive with no life 😒 - wish I had come to Roots sooner. Auntie Liu is the best, she will take good care of you。
Although i came to just surf/work and my Chinese is quite poor, i was able to make a lot of new friends as a solo traveler which was quite unexpected! The boss can also help you with surfing ~ I will definitely be back soon

The room was really clean and view was superb. The owner was really nice and helpful too. I loved the relaxing vibe, location was quite convenient to buy some snacks and food too. I would come back next time for my holiday! Thank you Roots! 谢谢你们的服务！会再回来入住！

A very comfortable and clean place to stay. Laid back and friendly service. Good location to explore the area, and a bit more laid back than the beach ***** which is accessible by scooter.

Super awesome B&B! It was very comfortable, clean and convenient. Because the B&B was so good, I canceled my trip to Haikou on the last day and decided to stay in Wanning for one more day. The owner of the B&B, the landlady, and the manager are all very nice. The B&B is within walking distance to the beach. There are also many restaurants in the village. The tatami room is very suitable for traveling with children.

The decoration style of this homestay is so nice! Great love! The sanitary conditions and environment are impeccable, it is definitely the best homestay in the village. The sky here is super blue, and the sea and the beach are beautiful. Living here makes you feel so relaxed that you don’t want to leave at all.
The boss is very nice, the guests are also very welcoming and will help take care of the children. Cooking, drinking and chatting together is really an ideal life. I will come to Wanning again next time I go on vacation!
