Nice and cozy apartment just off the main road of Riyue Bay, at a very reasonable price.
Finding the room at night was a bit hard as there were no corridor lights, and some of the doors needed repair. But once inside the room everything is perfect.
Service was wonderful. My butler 管家 was attentive and very responsive, whether in the evenings and mornings.
If you're just looking to chill and surf, or for family water activities this lace is great. If you're looking to go sightseeing then it would be worth looking outside the island.

The pictures of the hotel look fantastic, but the reality is different. The communal areas are poorly maintained. The island is still under construction, so part of our view was a disused building site.

Well, the location is not of the bests. It’s on a manmade island and it’s always hard to enter and exit the island , cause there is always traffic jam. After checkin you need to walk a lot to find your building , the buildings’ elevators are always busy, cause each building has 2 elevators and many stories. The only good thing about it is that the hotel has a beautiful view

This is the worst homestay I have ever seen in Sunac Sun Moon Bay, no one else.
I am a resident of Hainan, and I have been to Sun Moon Bay eight times in both the peak and off-season every year. The service is the worst I have ever seen, and the room rate is the most expensive I have ever seen.
First of all, whether it is the New Year or the off-season, the room rate is about 8 times the usual, which is understandable, but the service is really not good. It's like a tourist begging to stay.
In the morning, I had contacted the store to inform when I would arrive, and also asked about the room type, and confirmed my intention to stay and made a reservation immediately. As a result, the store never took the initiative to contact me from noon to 3 o'clock, and sent several messages to love or not. And did not tell me how to get on the island, just a sentence that the customer will solve it by himself. ***Spend 100 to get on the island, 100 to get off the island, and 200 to check in at your homestay.
Money is secondary, and there is no notice of how to get on and off the island. Everyone understands that it is busy during the New Year. Your service is not even as good as 10 yuan. Not to mention that I spent 200 to check in and check out of your hotel.
