房間不潮很乾凈，面積也很大，外面景色很好，不能使用的浴缸佔用房間面積。被褥乾淨舒適。一次性拖鞋一個房間有，一個房間沒有，衞生紙一點點。服務人員少，有事衹能電話聯繫。基本滿意

一會就夠了，服務沒有，房間裏面挺寬敞，就是沒有插做，酒店名字挺大，裏面潮濕，有黴味，花這個錢實在是太冤枉了。

洗手池沒有熱水，洗澡是電熱水器，沒有吹風機要去前台自己要，沒有電梯，入住時服務人員會幫提行李加分，其他都是減分項，被罩不乾淨

走親戚，離親戚家非常近，附近風情街，水果超市啥的都挺齊全。酒店還很人文，給久居的客人辦了一場特色晚會，有幸碰上

環境優美，蔡老闆親自帶着看房間，並且給升級了房間，房間夠大，有廚房，遺憾沒有温泉！到海南康養的長者住這裏居多。酒店離繁華地段較偏。

比較老的酒店，所以房間內有的地方很陳舊，洗浴重新裝的熱水器，原來的壞了。沒有電梯。可能是我們住的廉價一點的2號樓吧。

房間設施老舊，樓道宣傳圖片是什麼康養機構，衞生條件一般。豪華標間的浴缸（圖片展示和現場是一樣，浴缸安置在房間靠窗位置，不在衞生間裏面）貼個標簽説不能使用，解釋説是酒店現在沒有提供房間內泡温泉，這我可以理解，但不泡温泉我可以放熱水泡澡呀，也不能使用！我是看到平台展示圖片，覺得性價比比其他酒店高 才選的這家酒店和這個房型，這是否涉嫌虛假宣傳呢？另外，入住後發現房間居然沒有毛巾！這種客房服務我還是第一次遇到，這屬於酒店管理能力不足，還是服務人員配置不足？我就不知道了。房間沒毛巾，打電話到前台，就送兩張過來，沒吹風機，打電話也拿了，要開發票，總枱不會操作，但也馬上聯繫了酒店下班的財務人員遠程指導把票開了。總體就是這樣，確有不滿意，但一是人在外不想耽擱事兒，二是總枱也是能響應的都做了響應，就這樣吧。
