I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt, and a big thanks goes to Esther for making it so special. She was always available on WeChat and responded instantly throughout my trip, which made everything so smooth and worry-free. Thanks to her attentive support, my girlfriend and I were able to enjoy the hotel to the fullest and create unforgettable memories together.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula and was truly impressed by the level of service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team. My experience, especially during the latter part of my stay, exceeded all expectations and deserves recognition. From the moment I raised concerns, the Front Desk Director, Sue, and General Manager, Terence Ng, personally intervened to ensure that all issues were addressed promptly and with the utmost respect. Their dedication to resolving guest feedback and commitment to excellence is truly commendable. I was also touched by the extra efforts they made, such as personally delivering breakfast to my room—a gesture that went far beyond my expectations and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yvette, the Manager of the Lakeside Restaurant. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor during my dining experiences added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. The professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness shown by these individuals reflect the highest standards of the Grand Hyatt brand. My stay, which began with some challenges, turned into a remarkable and unforgettable experience thanks to the dedication of these outstanding team members. I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula to anyone seeking a luxurious and guest-focused experience. Very nice hotel would recommend

The landscape was stunningly gorgeous, well-maintained groomed gardens and grass, close to a beautiful beach. The first room had some hairs on the sofa and floor, as well as stains in the bathroom. The second room was cleaned properly, but the shower handle broke while taking a shower so we were left held holding a hose of water. A repairman came in to change the shower head soon after but the whole experience was inconvenient. The breakfast buffet had an average selection of items, although the omelet size was too big and not delicious.Also the freshly squeezed orange juice was not available till the end of the buffet. Before arriving to the hotel to check in we called the hotel to confirm the booking. The staff was not polite and rather rude. However after checking in the staff were kind and serviceable.I had made a special request for a birthday cake and it was provided without hesitation.

Beautiful Hyatt with villas that are only 2 stories high. Not a massive hotel with towers. The room was beautiful and high tech. The toilet was a half bath separate from the shower, tub, and a double vanity. The resort was low on staff due to Covid, so all the restaurants were closed except the Chinese restaurant and room service. Be aware that although room service normally ends at 11pm, it stopped at 9pm and no one told us. Double check times. And also make sure your villa sea view villa is not blocked by a huge construction fence. Nick, the buggy driver, was super amazing. He speaks English well and totally hooked us up with getting dinner. He went above and beyond to accommodate us!! Thanks, Nick!!
