Vienna Hotel (Wanning)

The suite I booked has poor soundproofing. Other guests' conversations in the corridor sounded like they were right next to my ears. The living room has no windows and is very stuffy. The window of the room is directly next to the kitchen fume duct. The smell of fumes was there at 5 a.m. and the noise made it hard to sleep. It was stuffy with the window closed, and smelly and noisy with the window open. The room has serious defects.

Hygiene: This is what most people who stay in hotels care about the most. At least it is what I care about the most. I can’t say it is very good, but at least the surface work is acceptable. I was really speechless. I didn't expect Vienna to be so dirty. After all, it is a reputable national chain. But as soon as I walked in, I was really impressed. The sofa was extremely dirty, with obvious footprints. I wiped it with paper and it was covered with dust. I can say that the sofa must have been wiped for at least half a month without such a layer of dust. Not to mention the traces of liquid, which shows that regular cleaning is not done. Very disappointed, very uncomfortable living. Facilities: Very noisy. This time in Hainan, I booked two hotels, both of which were Vienna. I never expected that each one was noisier than the other. The doors upstairs and next to the opposite side were all closing very loudly. This is unreasonable, because if you close them naturally, they will make a very loud collision noise. Secondly, there was a loud noise of moving things upstairs early in the morning. The soundproofing is very bad. Secondly, the toilet was clogged, which was disgusting. It couldn't be flushed and the water pressure was very weak. However, I discovered this when I was about to check out, so I was too lazy to say anything. Environment: Very speechless. Next to the window is a large self-built building, blocking half of the window. . . . . In summary, I will not consider this store again
