Seaview Hotels in Wanning

I went to the Shenzhou Peninsula with my family over the weekend and booked the Shenzhou Peninsula Private Sea Villa Hotel. The environment and service were great! The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded the room when he saw the children and the elderly! really thankful! 👍, you can see the sea from the window 🌊 and the internet celebrity check-in spot ~ The ”Lighthouse” where she disappeared. It's a pleasant surprise. The hotel is a seaside 🏝️ villa 🏡, and the environment and service are also very good! A very cost-effective hotel! My family is very happy😃. I will stay at this hotel again next time I go there🏨

This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

It has been a dream birthday for me and my friends. Manager Revan staff Merry & Feifei really made our day in the most beautiful way possible... with an awesome upgrade, late check out and many lovely attentions, complimentary drinks and cake. I have rarely seen this level of service. We will definitely come back and stay longer to enjoy the weather, the gorgeous food for breakfast and meet again with the friendliest staff... A big fat thank... and a 5 stars from top to bottom. Definitely foreigners friendly !

The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

Our stay at Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula Resort was truly remarkable! This apartment is on the man made island - it is a little hard to find the reception especially if you don’t speak Chinese. The apartment itself is perfect with everything you need. It has a lovely big balcony and the aircon works very well. It is still slightly under construction- so not all the elevators work at the moment (quite a long wait most times) The island itself is not really where all the action happens - so best to rent a scooter as there is always heavy traffic to get on and off the island.

Location: Lovely location right by the ocean but a bit far from any fun spots. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the Wanning 日月 beach where there's a lot more fun activities. Services: Great service. The front desk manager TT was lovely and could speak great English thus making communication go smoothly. Amenities: Good but could be better. I think some of the rooms were not used for a long time. The first room I got smelled a bit musty. Also, don't expect new facilities this place looks like it's been around for a long time and it shows. Still, it's charming in all it's rustic glory. I would say the only downside to my stay is that there was no shuttle to the train station. Which is kind of a letdown given that this is a high-end resort. ***If you're a person of colour, I recommend maybe try the two hotels not far from this place. Le Meridien and The Westin I think. I didn't spot any other foreigner during my two days at this hotel until I went to 日月 for a walk and ran into a few of them。It turns out most foreigners stay at the Westin or Le Meridien thus maybe it won't feel too isolating opting for these two hotels rather than this one. All in all, it's a nice hotel to stay if you're on a budget.👍🥂

A five-star hotel that will only open in 2022, of course, you should stay in a new hotel instead of an old one! The hotel has beautiful gardens and large lawns. The scenery is picturesque on sunny days. Two swimming pools, a hearty breakfast, mainly Guangdong and Hainan flavors, the daily hot porridge, such as beef porridge and seafood porridge, is delicious, and I also ate Qingbu Lianglingshui sour noodles, Hainan noodles, Baoluo noodles, rice noodle rolls, shrimp dumplings, etc. The waffles baked here are especially delicious! Children under 12 years old are free, which is rare in five-star hotels, and it's very atmospheric! Delicious fisherman's Chinese restaurant, as well as beach Southeast Asian restaurant. Yuequ Camp will arrange some children's activities, handmade glutinous rice balls, tree climbing, rock climbing, sand painting, etc. are different every day. There is also a spa, but I haven't experienced it. The beach is opposite the door at the back, as well as the most beautiful highway in China! ! Not far away is the Internet celebrity lighthouse, a super mini lighthouse, you can just watch from a distance, and there is also a Ferrari project on the sea. The rooms are in independent villas, with three or four rooms on each floor. The rooms are large, the basic rooms are 53㎡, and the suites are more than 95㎡. There is a butler service. We stayed for three consecutive nights. Fortunately, we met the butler Marcia, who enthusiastically upgraded us. Living in a spacious suite is super comfortable. Usually, if you need to dial 0, there will be a shuttle bus. If you order takeout, the shuttle bus will also deliver it to the room. I exchanged Ctrip points for welcome fruit. On the first night, you can eat snacks and drinks at the small bar in the room. The cleaning lady Lei Jiajiao is polite and gentle. She cleans carefully every day. The service is very good. She also gave snacks and drinks to the children. Thank her! You can rent a strawberry bear ** car along the road behind the hotel. It is not as difficult to drive as it is said on the Internet. I heard that it is much easier to drive than the snoopy car in Yunnan. It is quite stable. You can move forward and backward by twisting the handle forward and backward. It's fun to drive in the open grass, but you have to be very careful on the road, because you have to consider the width of the car, otherwise the wheels of the car are easy to hit or crush other people's legs and feet. There is a commercial street in front of the hotel, which is much better than the commercial street near Lingshui Raffles!! There are several chain restaurants in the commercial street here, including Taiqiong and Qiongzhou, and Tiger Duck Hot Pot. It's very safe to eat, KFC, Lawson Meiyijia convenience store. The fruit shop is also good, and I ate delicious mango fruit slices. There are also good island coconut clear soup shops and Hunan barbecue restaurants.

The environment is good, clean and hygienic, and the decoration is very comfortable. There is a large balcony with a view of the sea. The compass was used to measure it just to the east, so I got up at five in the morning to watch the sunrise, but unfortunately it was blocked by clouds. The service is also very good. I originally checked out at 12 o'clock. Due to personal reasons, I needed to delay. The customer service sister is also very good at talking, and directly delayed us to 2 o'clock, which is great! The price/performance ratio is relatively high, it is relatively close to Riyue Bay, and you can walk back slowly at night.

Nice and cozy apartment just off the main road of Riyue Bay, at a very reasonable price. Finding the room at night was a bit hard as there were no corridor lights, and some of the doors needed repair. But once inside the room everything is perfect. Service was wonderful. My butler 管家 was attentive and very responsive, whether in the evenings and mornings. If you're just looking to chill and surf, or for family water activities this lace is great. If you're looking to go sightseeing then it would be worth looking outside the island.
