Terrible deep base droning noise from the restaurant fans, which had the cupboard, housing the equipment opposite my room, it went off around midnight but started again around 5.30. If you also add in the noise coming from the bathroom, where water was gurgling and glugging from the sink it was by far the worst ever room I've stayed in. The lady at reception could not offer me another room as it was full but a truly awful stay, don't stay in room 132, its not fit to sleep in

Restaurant closes earlier than advertised and bar always closes at least an hour earlier than advertised. Extremely poor for guests checking in late due to flights. Consistent times or alignment with those advertised, should be the minimum standard

The room we had was great lovely bed .Restaurant was not so great we had evening meal of fish and chips it was a measly portion of chips ieee counted 14 and the fish was greasy and was £14 each .Breakfast was mediocre served on cold plates so food was barely warm the waitress was unwelcoming and rude .

Good location. Excellent disabled friendly room, made taking my elderly parents away for a few days possible. Very handy you can eat onsite for breakfast and evening meal. Meal deal also very good value. Room was clean and tidy. Plenty of room to park onsite too.

Everuthing u would expect ftom a premier inn. Super clean and safe but was unaware that our Premier Plus room did not have a walk in shower, only shower above bath which was problematic for us . Prem Plus room had large comfortable bed, 2 chocolates, large bottle water and coffee machine n pods

Christina at reception was so helpful and pleasant, it made it a great start to my stay. Large spacious rooms with plenty of room for laying out my work kit and answering emails. Hotel was clean and tidy, no issues. Lots of parking spaces that are free from charges.

Very good friendly and helpful staff. Clean room: no smells. Black curtains that actually work and gave a good dark room for the night. Excellent night's sleep with no residual back ache or discomfort during the night or next morning. The restaurant staff in the evening and morning were very friendly and helpful. Evening meal was a little disappointing both in service time and quality - could do better.
