"What a wonderful hotel. In the heart of the countryside with nature all around.
Nice hotel with very comfortable rooms. Fresh comfortable bed. Windows that open. Nice bathroom with very nice toiletries. Dined at the restaurant which was excellent also. Great location and great food. Would love to spend a week here and just relax."

"The hotel lobby waitress is very friendly and courteous. Since the hotel is a historical building and there is no elevator, she is small but very helpful to help us pull our luggage up the stairs. The room is spacious and spacious, the decoration is very warm , very British town atmosphere. The hotel's breakfast is very good,  children have a good time . It is a small British town hotel with high cost performance and service."

"No problem with food. The location was excellent. I arrived in the morning, so I had my luggage checked in, but when I checked in, it was very quick and I already had my luggage in my room. Overall it was a satisfying stay."

"Arrived at reception to a 30min wait due lots of people trying to book in and only two receptionists at the desk and one of these was dealing with problems. Which spoilt the start to our break. Once we arrived in our room which was above the restaurant we found the room 4133 outdated with veneer on the wardrobe peeling off. This is not what we would have expected from the reviews we had read.
reference the leisure complex swimming pool. which was clean but we found no instructions on how to operate the lockers and had to wait until someone came in. The breakfast and bar area are excellent.
