Wir haben das Hotel gebucht zu einem Preis von 210,00€ für ein Doppelzimmer ohne Frühstück. Wir haben, schon aufgrund des Preises, etwas „Besonderes“ erwartet. Es war in Ordnung, aber auf keinen Fall war der Preis gerechtfertigt. Wir waren nicht im Hotel, sondern in einem Nebengebäude auf der Parallelstraße untergebracht. Aus der Buchung ging das nicht hervor. Es gab keinen Lift, keinen Schrank. Unser Fazit: wir würden hier nicht nochmal buchen.

Locatie is prima vlakbij station en centrum en kade langs oude haven. Van buiten lijkt het nog wat maar binnen blijkt het wel erg treurig. Terras, bar en restaurant zijn er niet. Wel ontbijt met redelijke keus. Jammer dat alles duidelijk de avond ervoor op schaaltjes was gelegd zodat kaas, worst en fruit aan elkaar geplakt zat en je met de vorkjes die ernaast lagen onmogelijk iets los kon krijgen dus toch maar vieze vingers. Kamer eenpersoons en extreem klein. Geen minibar maar er zou een dranken automaat in de kelder staan. Niet geprobeerd dus zou kunnen. Hier moet duidelijk iets aan worden gedaan als zelfs de receptie om 20:00 uur naar huis gaat en je alleen met de kamersleutel naar binnen kunt. Lastig als je verlaat bent en nog wilt inchecken. Hotel straalt helaas niks uit en dat is erg jammer.

Durch einen Buchungsfehler seitens des Hotels sowie eine fehlende Bestätigungsmail der Reservierung wurden unsere Zimmer nach einem Tag an neue Gäste vergeben. Fehler können immer passieren. Die Frage ist, wie man mit Fehlern und den Gästen umgeht. Die Vorgehensweise der Hotelmitarbeiter in dieser Konfliktsituation war unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Auch der Versuch, das Problem sachlich zu klären, endete von Seiten des Hotels mit der Drohung, die Polizei zu holen. Sehr schade, bei uns bleibt der Eindruck, der Gästeservice ist desolat. Das Personal hat im Umgang mit Gästen noch schulungsbedarf.
