Except right after a rain, the water is 2 ft to 5 feet deep with little to no current, crystal clear and perfect for swimming , kayaking and fishing right outside your door! You can Kayak right into Lake of Ozarks which is a block downstream. There are two double and one single Kayaks , and paddle boards for use at the house. An old iron bridge from the late 1800's completes the setting for this retreat.
