Poor Service and Lack of Attention to Guest Requests
I made a specific request for a soft mattress at the time of booking due to a lower back injury. Unfortunately, I received no response or acknowledgment. I followed up with another request before my arrival—again, no reply.
Upon checking in, I was told by the receptionist, "We don't have such option!" If I had known my request would be ignored, I would have chosen a different accommodation more suited to my needs.
Additionally, when I called to ask for some tea bags, the receptionist responded with a blunt "Okay" and immediately hung up. There was no courtesy, no follow-up, and no sense of customer care.
This lack of attention and professionalism was disappointing and unacceptable. I hope steps are taken to improve communication with guests and to train staff in basic customer service skills.
