H15? More like 1.5 stars
The room we reserved wasn't available upon arrival. After waiting for 60+ minutes after the regular check-in time opened, we received a different room and it's not entirely clear it was the same standard.
The condition of the room wasn't perfect: one of the wood tiles on the floor covering the heating vents was broken in half and left there as is. The bathtub had a leaky faucet and a non-functional plug. After letting the staff know about it, they promised a discount on the stay that we didn't receive while checking out.
During our stay one of the glass ceiling windows in the common area shattered and the staff simply taped the area so people wouldn't get under it and left it like that.
Could have been the perfect stay, but it looks like the management is not keeping up with maintenance.

Highly recommend!
We were three friends sharing a double room. They had made the bed in the living room for one of us when we arrived. We loved everything about the stay, from the room itself to the lovely, smiling, friendly people that work there. Highly recommend!

The room decor was fun and interesting. We were upgraded from a room to a suite, which was quite luxurious! The hotel is in a pleasant neighborhood, close to museums and good restaurants. The staff was lovely - friendly and helpful!

Wonderful staff - breakfast buffet had lots of selection. We liked that this hotel had under 50 rooms. Great value!!
