It is a very nice hotel, but we experienced some issues. Nice room and bathroom, very spacious. Tasty breakfast. Mostly extremely friendly staff. Good gym. But it seems like there is not enough staff for a five star hotel... one morning in the breakfast room the staff struggled tending for the guests, serving coffee, and cleaning up the tables. Room Service was not available when we tried to order.

One of the best primuem hotel in the city..very clean and huge room compared to other hotels in the area. They arranged early check 8n which was very polite of the staff..the restaurant has classy meals and talented chefs..highly recommended!

We really spent a perfect time in this hotel! The room was big enough, and we really enjoyed of our bed. Bed in this hotel it’s something unbelievable! Super comfortable and huge! Definitely will come back again.
We want to say big thanks to supervisor Zuzanna! Super kind and helpful person. I wish to every company a person like she. Without this people like Zuzanna the hotel service will die
