This B&B is one of a number on the Cork Road. The room was very generous with en suite. A chair woukx bd welcome but i could have borrowed one from the breakfast room. Parkjn outside the property is limited to three cars but there seems to be free parking across the road. Breakfast is continental and on the basic end of that spectrum. There are cereals, fruit juice, yogurt, bread and processed cheese. Toaster and kettle available with tea znd coffee. Walkkng distance of town centre and museum quarter. Good choice of food nearby plus a Lidl for anything forgotten.

Darryl is a gentleman and was very kind to me when I stayed in his B&B when I was in difficult circumstances after I was homeless due to a breakup the rooms are very clean and comfortable lovely shower and a breakfast room stocked with food to help yourself the location is great walking distance from the city centre and there is parking available a hidden gem 💎 strangers are sometimes kinder to you than those you know and they don't judge

Word of warning - Google Maps does not understand where this place is, thought it was about a mile away ... What 3 Words ref is: aged.weekend.doormat. An "unmanned" B&B where the host is contacted by phone to let you in and show you the layout, then leaves again. Friendly chap, arrived swiftly once we contacted him. Breakfast room with everything you might need to concoct the sort of simple breakfast you would make at home - no cooked breakfast as there's no staff on site. We were 3 male adults and our room was the one at the front of the house with a single bed in the corner and the king-sized bed (two single joined together with one sheet and one quilt - we were effectively sharing a bed. Worst mattresses any of us had ever experienced. Cramped but functional and clean shower room with WC ensuite. Street lights bright through the blinds and a bus stop right at the gate. On a main road but not too noisy - parking very limited. Very close to Waterford centre. Supermarket and eating houses nearby.

The room was spotless cannot fault it but it’s the weirdest place I ever stayed. More like a hostel rather than a b&b so don’t know why it’s called that. We had to ring upon arrival and a man met us with the door code and showed us our room. He showed us the kitchen and pointed out the cereal, microwave and fridge with milk, butter and bread and told us we could help ourselves the next morning. It’s not a manned b&b. Also, it’s cash only so hubby had to run to the cash point a few minutes away. We left before breakfast next morning as found the whole set up very odd.

Firstly, this is not a proper bed and breakfast. On arrival you are given an access code for the door and the owner leaves the walls are shabby on entrance. The room was very poor. Ensuite tiny, and sink is right in the way of the wc. No wardrobe just a few cheap shelves. The bed was awful. I have back pain all day. No card taken for payment only cash. Do not stay here people

Not impressed it's ment to be delux on suite room but it's nothing like the pictures is was small and cramped the sheets had marks on them and it's ment to be a bed and breakfast and only when we got there were we told there would be no breakfast in the morning when it was to late to cancel and go else where. Also the bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with pain in my back sorry to say we won't be back

The room needed some updates. Water facets were not secure, no hot water and no water pressure. They did not even provide breakfast. The name is The Vee Bed & Breakfast and we booked it with the purpose of eating and hitting the road. Great location to walk for some pubs. Secure entrance. Would pass on staying here.

We booked this B&B with breakfast, we attach a photo because the photo shows quite well the services we have paid for. When we arrived at the B&B they told us that they didn't do breakfast. It seems to me a scam to include a breakfast when it is not served and at the same price. I do not recommend it. Need to reform the bathrooms.
