Super Value for money! Staff is nice, I was taking a mid-night flights, she allows me to do early check-in so I can take a rest. The cons is no bottle of water offer in room but you can still able to buy in front desk.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not feel like good value for money. The room did not have a refrigerator, and complimentary bottled water was not provided, which was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. In addition, the bed cover and pillow covers were not changed for almost five days, which was below the standard I expected. That said, the staff, especially the room service team, were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Their excellent attitude and service were certainly a positive aspect of the stay.

It’s a great experience staying over there , hotel was clean & staff was so cooperative and friendly , they guide us so well , it’s easy to move around , very convienient .

It’s decent enough, breakfast is good, room has everything you need comfy bed I slept well. Bar area nice, had the chicken wings they’re ok nothing special. Would stay again overall.

Friendly, helpful staff at the desk and restaurant. Perfect spot to spend the night for an early morning tour of Harry Potter studios, right by the bus shuttle.

Food on the restaurant is very good and the people working there are nice. Hotel is clean, elevator is not working on the day of our checkout. You can use the service elevator but you need an employee to use it. Service is just okay, greetings are not consistent at the front desk.

Great room comfortable bed. Attentive staff. Fantastic breakfast.
