The lovely apartment is located in mid Norfolk which gives easy access to each of the above towns and cities as well as the beautiful Norfolk and Suffolk coastline with the it's unique towns and villages.
For nature lovers, walkers, golfers historians and families there is a vast array of attractions in the area. A few are listed: Pensthorpe - as seen on the BBC Springwatch programme. Thetford Forest with walks from the High Lodge Forest Centre or Go Ape with the high wire forest adventure. The forest is a popular attraction for both adults and children. Cycling (bike hire available) with numerous marked tracks.
Sandringham House shops and garden. Norfolk Broads with daily boat hire. Racecourse at Newmarket, Fakenham and Great Yarmouth. Bressingham - 4 railways, fabulous gardens and National Dads Army collection. Banham Zoo with a car boot sale on Sunday mornings. Wroxham Barns - home to many craft studios. Numerous inland and coastal golf courses. Several nature reserves including Minsmere see Norfolk and Suffolk Wildlife Trust websites.
Snetterton race track with its large Sunday market is 10 miles away.
Should anyone wish to play golf then discounted green fees and twilight rates are available whilst staying at Fairwy View.
Guests enjoy sitting on the patio (perhaps with a nice glass of wine or cup of tea) watching the antics of the golfers on the 18th fairway or the wildlife particularly in the early morning or evening.

Excellent break
This is an excellent base for visiting middle Norfolk.The apartment is very comfortable,the owner was very helpful, extremely pleasant and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble.The location on the edge of a golf course had beautiful views, with fascinating wildlife including squirrels, deer, rabbits, and a variety of birds including pheasants, owls and even a Jay.
The only reason we gave 4 star for the online listing was that some seating and kitchen equipment is getting a bit tired and we felt that the word "Luxury" was a little misleading, however this is an observation, not a complaint, we would happily go back.

Excellent base
Loved our stay,was a great base for us to see the things we wanted to see. Lovely peaceful apartment and having sky TV was a bonus. Would definitely return. Geoff if you see this review we didn’t receive any of your emails so not sure if you were sending to my email address?

Accommodations were very comfortable and very well equipped. The hosts were very hospitable. The golf course was very enjoyable.

Our stay could not have been better. The combination of location, garden view and friendly neighbours together with forest animals in the garden, yes really a Roe deer and her babies was something totally unexpected. Having an electric car meant that onsite charging took away any concerns and allowed a full charge every morning. Watton as a village is pleasant and only a short walk away. Nice to be in such a rural location but within easy reach of the whole of Norfolk and its numerous attractions. Definitely worth a visit and the hosts are both lovely and accommodating.

Wonderful stay.
A lovely apartment overlooking a golf course, everything you need for a great stay. If I’m being picky the lounge seating is getting a bit past it, but that wouldn’t put us off returning. Beds very comfortable . Bonus of Sky tv with sport & movie channels.

Luxury Apartment
Very comfortable, well equipped superb views of the 18th fairway. Host was friendly. He met us on arrival and on our penultimate departure. Would definitely visit again.
