Oleander Farms, Karjat

We had excellent time and felt we need d to be for at least one more day . Beautiful climate serene feeling and very good quality time spent  Thankyou it is worth a stay.

The property is huge and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is excellent. Housekeeping could do with some improvement. Overall we had a delightful 3 days at Oleander Farms. Visit in winter months only. Can get pretty warm in summer.

We went to the oleander farms resort in October first week and it has been such a beautiful experience. We stayed at the Lake View Rooms which are located at a quiet end of the resort. Their hospitality is top notch. Service is exemplary. Breakfast buffet was quite elaborate and tasty. They have quite a few things to do (mostly paid) but good to pass your time. We had a complimentary tea tasting session as well. Apart from this you can go for Bowling, pickleball and paddle, gaming arena, wine tasting , paddle boating etc. They even give a free tour of the resort and take you to two viewpoints. Internal travel is taken care by them in their cars. I would highly recommend this place and for 2 nights as 1 night would not suffice to explore the entire resort.

Spent a night at Oleander Farms, Karjat. Coming from a concrete polluted jungle, this place was heaven. Trees, trees…n more trees…. some cultivated, mostly wild. Recd a high quota of pure oxygen. The property spreads over acres n has spacious rooms with-thought-of amenities in each room. Loved the layout of the rooms. They were well spread out and no one room overlooked another. They had rooms overlooking a garden, a swimming pool and a lake. We loved the one we had overlooking the pool. The pool was huge n really nice. The amenities on the property are like fab. A play area with trampoline, swings n slides for kids, a bowling alley n a area for games, a tea tasting room, a shop selling organic foods n other utilities, a plant nursery where u can pot your own plants, an artisan shop with lovely clothes (i shopped😂) a small room with vintage cars, a yoga room, an area for animals n birds and even a butta (corn) fellow with the most outstanding sweet tender corn roasted n dressed with lovely masalas. And Umpteen banquet rooms in different areas of the property for business n marriage functions. It’s a complete break from the city, place to be. Things that stood out… their restaurants Saltt and Common Place- ambience 5*, food 5*, staff 5*. We were told some people drive here just for the food. I would too. Our helper waiter Arjun was hell bent on feeding us the entire menu for breakfast. At breakfast, the South Indian food was absolutely outstanding. They had small cars at any given time to take u in and around the property with congenial drivers. Think of an activity and Oleander Farms will cater to it… I gave an overall rating of a 4.5 because I think they can work a bit more on the cleanliness factor n the little miscellaneous things. But this is one place I highly recommend as a city getaway.

Disappointed with room, amenities, customer service. ACs don't work, TVs don't work (we changed room), washroom is depleted. The Duty Manager was assuring but didn't fulfil assurance. The stay experience didn't justify the money we paid. The Beer Pub was good, in fact great. The property is huge and car pick up service is efficient. Overall one of my rare dissatisfied rating. Will never go back

good stay at Oleander The one day trip was peaceful and lovely. the Housekeeping did not swab the floor, thereby the floor was dirty and our feet too got dirty. Besides that, its a pleasant stay. Polite and efficient check in by Soniya. property is green and serene.
