WorldMark Wolf Creek

The property was fantastic, especially on the inside. We were very comfortable here. Great linens and towels, kitchen, equipment, etc. Everything was very clean on the inside.

Amazing location and accommodations! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive! All you have to do is text your request. The amenities are wonderful as well. The condo is completely updated and spacious. There are 2 queen murphy beds, one in the primary bedroom in the loft and one in the living area, in addition to the 2 twin beds and king!! Sleeps many comfortably. Eden has one market and it only has beer if alcohol is part of your plans. Buy what you need in the city before you head up the mountain. Eden is beautiful! So worth the trip! Hope we can come back over and over!

2 br unit well maintained. Nice outdoor patio w grill. Nighttime lighting was nominal and a little spooky. Zero communication from resort after check in. Also was replacing pavement of entrance not well lighted and construction equip dangerous in dark. Views from back patio beautiful.

Spent a week at Wolf Creek. Our unit was beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck watching the wildlife and enjoying the beautiful blue sky.

Please be aware that Wolf Creek Village and WorldMark Wolf Creek are two separate property managers but on the same property. This review is for the Wolf Creek Village: This was, by far, the WORST RCI unit I have ever encountered in my 40 years of using the timeshare. I was absolutely appalled. We arrived 1.5 hours after check-in time and our unit wasn't ready. We waited 45 minutes while staff swapped the refrigerator from our unit with the one from next door and the cleaning woman "cleaned" with a half-smoked unlit cigarette butt hanging from her lips, only to find out once we got in that the stairs in the back were falling off the building and the door would not close without the deadbolt. The furniture was insanely out of date, the odor was musty, and the entire vibe was 1980s horror film. Needless to say, we did not stay at this unit because we did not feel safe and secure, and I filed a complaint with RCI (spoke with manager Nyla, who was exceptionally understanding, kind, and helpful-kudos to her). We have stayed at Wolf Creek at least 4 other times and were unaware there were 3 different property managers on the same property. We will be more cautious when booking next time, for any resort. This was an absolute fail, and I hope RCI considers removing Wolf Creek Village from its inventory. Do not stay at Wolf Creek Village.

The lodging was great but there were no amenities on site. We had to travel up the mountain at a 16% grade to enjoy at a different resort. Amenities on website had not been available since Jan. 2023.
