I'm so grateful for the amazing staff and the amenities of this hotel. We felt warm accepted and priority while staying here after we had a fire in our home. Diana made my family feel so comfortable and welcome. Juanita made the best breakfast. Ebony had great activities and free wine for dinner during the week. Brandon was patient and helpful. Adriana always checked in to make sure our space was cleaned. Sandy cleaned like no other. I feel like I have a new family away from home after the crisis at our home and for that I'm forever grateful. When we left the staff gave me my favorite wine and gifts for the family for Christmas. This place is amazing for not only the hotel but the wonderful staff.

The staff is great, the hotel was very clean. The pool and hot tub are open ( of course with limited people allowed at one time). The bar and restaurant were closed but the do have a mini bar at the front desk and great eateries you can walk to right out front. The fitness room was clean. Also would like to say Andre ( I think was his name) is a great employee and has a great sense of humor 😊. Glad to hear your training taller staff 😂

Fantastic stay with incredible service. I highly recommend this SpringHill Suites location. I was warmly greeted by both front desk agents with a gift bag. Inside were snacks and a handwritten note with my name on it, thanking me for staying and for being a Bonvoy member. The room was large with comfortable beds, great water pressure, cold A/C, fast and free WiFi, and a spacious work station. There were tons of outlets and USB ports. The free breakfast was great with hot pre-made breakfast sandwiches, quiches, waffles, oatmeal, pastries, cereal, and more. Lots of free parking. Conveniently located. I really appreciated the personal touch and commitment to service. I'll be back next month!

Well located within walking distance to COSTCO warehouse, Old Navy factory outlet, Target, and some restaurants. Hotel is pretty new and nicely furnished. Like the “open concept” reception area with all the power and USB sockets easily available. Has a small swimming pool and a gym if you ever need to do a little workout.

Hotel is Excellent! Rooms are super quiet for a great night's sleep. Bathrooms are nice size with walk in shower. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Internet works Excellent! There is a parking lot, very close to NASA, and the surrounding supermarkets and shopping centers are 5-10 minutes. The room is spacious and the breakfast is average, and the breakfast is very convenient.

We lost our light due to the Hurricane and after looking for about 3 hours we came across this location. Most other locations had either jacked up their prices or did not have power. The staff was very patient and helpful. We were very pleased with the room and would recommend this location to friends and family. Again thanks to the staff for their help and in not being like others taking advantage of folks during Hurricane Beryl.

I’ve visited this newer location twice in the last 7 months. Free parking, smaller footprint with outdoor pool, fitness gym, and free breakfast. One elevator was out of order. Room was clean, ample storage, mini fridge and microwave. My rooms were located near the end of the hall near the stairs. Visits were quiet throughout my stays. Very convenient to shopping *****, Baybrook Mall, and restaurants. The shopping ***** has lots of key stores-Ulta, Target, Bath and Body Works, Old Navy, to name a few. Both easily accessible and in walking distance, if necessary. Definitely will visit again.
