We have stayed here annually for the last 6 years & found serways reception staff excellent who are always on hand for any problems whereas things go downhill when you try to order food from Unser restaurant the most miserable ignorant woman serves you I say serves you it’s her job although her attitude stinks I really don’t see what her problem is I speak really nice to her & although my German isn’t the best I try

We’ve just checked into our room after driving all day. After cleaning my teeth, I wanted to dispose of my dental floss into a small wastebasket in the bathroom. To my horror, I could see 2 used (in blood covered) tampons. Obviously the bathroom has not been cleaned properly. We have been your guests more than 15 times and have always chosen your motels for cleanliness. This isn’t just unhygienic but it also poses a health risk. I would like to be assured that you will take all the necessary measures to make sure it doesn’t happen again

This hotel is part of the Serways hotel chain, if you know one, you know them all. Very convenient for motorway travels across Germany. Clean, not too large rooms with so-so wifi. Parking is free. For food go to the adjacent building: MacDonalds, Coffee Boys and some other restaurants offer a lot of choices.

Carpets in the room were dirty. You had to drag everything out of the receptionist. Where are the rooms, where and when is breakfast served, etc. WiFi only worked after asking. Breakfast was poor. We were at the Serways Wriskirchen when we started our trip and everything was fabulous. Disappointed
