This is our last two nights at the hotel. We are actually quite sad to leave. It has been such a lovely stay. The girls at the front desk have been so kind to us. I forgot something in the room and they were quick to contact me about it. Thank you for a wonderful stay…I can truly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and hygienic. I want to emphasize the breakfast. The eggs were from a few days ago, and the whites were discolored. They couldn't afford milk, and there were so many diners. I asked the service staff three times, and they finally served it. But they couldn't fill two cups. Would a cup of milk cause the store to go bankrupt? I'm convinced. Such a big store, relying on government background, is like this. I finally understand why state-owned enterprises are shouting about losing money every day. There is no competitiveness. There is no sense of service.

It is recommended that the hotel regularly check the bathroom facilities and their functions. When I got up in the morning and prepared to take a shower, I turned on the faucet to the hot water direction, but there was only cold water, no hot water. I left it on for a long time (wasting water, which was really helpless), but there was still no hot water. I called the hotel front desk to ask why there was no hot water, and was told that there was always hot water... I could only use a kettle to boil water and use my own washbasin to "take a shower", which was very inconvenient. I hope that such embarrassing things will not happen again in this hotel in the future.
