老闆服務非常好，房間也是整潔乾淨。位置就在濰坊最繁華的地方，旁邊吃飯的地方多，到晚上22:30還有營業的餐廳。位置好，旁邊走過去就是濰坊市區有點英倫藍橋的樣子的橋。房間基本配置都有。

入住後不跟老闆要空調遙控器就不給，退房超時10分鐘時給老闆回電話老闆聲音就很不高興得像欠了其幾百萬，晚退房20分鐘扣了十塊錢按金，且收按金時未提前告知此點，老闆很橫地説“這個錢衹能買到這種服務”。
住過泰華附近的各種同價格旅店，客觀比較來説，這家房間空間小且樑低，洗漱用具品質也更差，洗手間內熱水器設定於廁所坑正上方且滴涼水，冬日裏蹲坑更添幾分涼爽，加上老闆的態度，不可不謂心寒。多行不義必自斃，願苦主好自為之。
