very near weihai train station. easy to walk to hanlefang area for meals. allowed late checkout at 1pm. the female front desk are friendly n enthusiastic. washing / dryer machines are very new n clean. relatively less smoke then others. supposed to be smoke free hotel......but....u know......

It was a very bad experience. The front desk was not enthusiastic. There were big problems during the stay. After I reported it, it seemed that no one from the hotel apologized from beginning to end. The first problem was that on the first day of stay, condoms appeared in the trash can. I didn't know if it was left by the previous guests or someone entered my room during the stay. I reported this to the hotel, but they didn't deal with it. Second, there were no towels in the room. I called the front desk, but they didn't deliver them for 2 hours. I had to run downstairs to ask for them myself... I was really impressed. Third, we changed a room the next day, but there were hairs on the bed and long hairs on the floor next to the bed.
